How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?

Do you ship internationally ? only delivers to Romania.

To find out if L'OCCITANE en Provence has a shop near you and/or an online shop, we invite you visit our international website.

Can I track my order ?

Click "My Account"
1. Identify yourself
2. Click "Order History" on the left hand side
3. Check the "Order status": OPEN, PICKING, SHIPPED or CLOSED.

If the status is "CLOSED", click the package number of your order to track its delivery.

How to ship to a different address?

Your order can be delivered to a different address from the billing address.

At Delivery Address, click “Enter a new address”, type the address than click “Confirm”

Can I send an order to more than one delivery address?

If you'd like to have items sent to separate Romanian addresses, please complete a separate order for each address.

A separate delivery charge will be made for each address if applicable.
