After you placed your order, you will be contacted by one of our operators by phone to confirm your order and establish the latest delivery details.

Delivery Locations: We deliver in Bucharest and in all localities in Romania. We don’t deliver order outside of the country. If you want to receive your order outside of Romania, please visit the international portal www.loccitane.com to view the list of countries that offer the possibility of online purchase.

 
 

Standard Shipping*:

• The shipping cost for an order less than 300 lei in Bucharest is 9.5 lei.
• The shipping cost for an order less than 300 lei in another locality in Romania is 15.3 lei.
• Standard delivery is free for orders of 300 lei or more.

Shipping of the ordered products will be made according to the volume for our orders and we will make every effort that the ordered products will arrive to you not later than 3-7 business days from the moment of Order Confirmation. In exceptional cases where this term could be exceeded, you will be informed on this issue (e.g. the product is not in stock)
