What is your return policy?


It is L'OCCITANE's intention to satisfy our customers. For this reason, we will gladly an exchange for any unopened merchandise that is returned within 15 days of the date of purchase. All items must be unopened and in a saleable condition. Please note that we cannot offer exchanges on any opened or used products. You can bring your products with your receipt to any of our L’OCCITANE boutiques from Romania.



Can I exchange or have a refund for my online order in a store?


It is L'OCCITANE's intention to satisfy our customers. For this reason, we will gladly issue an exchange or a full refund to the original credit card for any unopened merchandise that is returned within 15 days of the date of purchase. All items must be unopened and in a saleable condition. Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any opened or used products and postage & packing will not be refunded. Exchanges must be done in shops within Romania.
In case of an irregularity with the order, immediately contact Customer Service by phone by on 0720 022 767 - Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.



How long will it take to get a refund?


We'll credit your debit or credit card within a maximum of 15 days (usually within 7 days) of your returning products to us.
Please contact us to inform us that you have sent an item back for a refund by email us or call us on 0720 022 767 - Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. Once we have received the goods, we will automatically action your refund and email you that we have processed the refund.
